Here are a few frequently asked questions:

  • What’s the difference between a Tickets?
    GA: Admission to runway show, live musical performances, and pre show lounge area containing Instagrammable art installations. Seating is first come first serve in the GA section that will have a great view of the stage from all locations. VIP: You’ll benefit from premium seating in a reserved VIP-ONLY section with a guaranteed view from the front rows facing the runway. VIP LOUNGES: You’ll benefit fro
  • What time do doors open?
    Doors for all guests open at 12:00pm ET. You are encouraged to come early with all members of your party to be seated at your table.
  • What time does the runway show and live concert start?
    The event will begin at approximately 1pm and run until about 3pm. Showtime is an approximation and is subject to change.
  • Is there assigned seating?
    There is a reserved VIP only seating section that is first come first serve. All guests with VIP tickets will be guaranteed a seat in the rows lining the runway and will be given a “reserve” seat card to place on their seat once they arrive. The GA seating area is all first come first serve with a great view of the stage from all locations.
  • Is the venue ADA accessible?
    Yes, all areas of our event are ADA accessible. There are ramps entering the venue and throughout the pre-show lounge and main stage area to ensure all guests can enjoy the event.
  • How do I claim my tickets?
    It is important that you remember the email address you used to purchase your tickets online. The tickets will be sent via email to this address as PDF attachments. Please ensure there isn’t more than one person trying to use the same ticket, as we will only honor the first reservation entry. NOTE: If you use one email address to purchase multiple tickets, then please ensure everyone in your party has their own ticket before the day of the event.
  • Does my party/guests need to arrive all at once?
    Even if you purchase your tickets as a group under one email address, you do NOT need to arrive at the same time. It is important that you email guests their PDF tickets in advance to ensure everyone can scan their own unique barcode at the door. Please ensure there isn’t more than one person trying to use the same ticket, as we will only honor the first reservation entry.
  • Are tickets refundable?
    All ticket/ticket package sales are final. In the event you are unable to attend, you are welcome gift your ticket to someone else.
  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    Yes, free parking is available on site at 2300 arena across the street from the venue. There are approximately 300 parking spots, but guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure no delays in entering the venue.
  • What's the venue's address?
    Guests can use the location “2300 Arena” or address “2300 S Swanson St, Philadelphia PA 19148” to type into the GPS. It is a very large building with black paint and the words 2300 Arena printed on the side.
  • Will there be food and drink?
    The DreamWalk Team will be providing all Dreamers with a light lunch/snacks/drinks. If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, please bring your own food. During the show, there will be a full service bar and snacks for guests to purchase and enjoy.
  • Do I wear my costume to the venue?
    Depending on the time of arrival (which will be given to you closer to the show) you might not need to come in costume. Please be sure to wear something comfortable and bring your costume with you.
  • Is there a place for my personal belongings?
    YES! We will be at 2300 Arena all day and you can store your belongings in our backstage area. DreamWalk, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and encourages dreamers to only bring absolute necessities.
  • Will there be photographers at the show?
    YES! We will have multiple professional photographers at the show capturing your memories. After the show, photographer images will be shared with all dreamers.
  • What if I can no longer participate in DreamWalk?
    In the event that you are no longer able to participate, you are still welcome to use your initial guest ticket package to attend the event. Additionally, you may resell/gift your tickets to friends/family.
  • If I have guests traveling with me, can they come to the preshow starting at about 11am?"
    Due to the large number of people involved in the preshow (stylists, artists, volunteers, band members), only Dreamers will be allowed to enter the venue before doors open. Your guests are encouraged to explore the city of Philadelphia and see all the amazing things it has to offer (like an official cheesesteak)! NOTE: If you require a guest due to medical need, then please email our team and we’ll work to make the needed accommodations.
